CONGRATS!! I am so impressed by your story!!
My name is Kelly Mokashi, and I am a Board member for an organization that seeks homes for orphans internationally.

I am desperately seeking a home for = Shaunm a child with Trisomy 18. He is already 3 1/2 and has beat the odds already!!!

Please see his profile at:

Can you please help me with any ideas of the following:

1) Consideration of ANY families that might be willing to adopt such a child???
2) Suggestions for other resources for me to research, investigate, while I try to seek a home for little Shaun?

Thank you so much for your time, I was very much impressed by your legacy page and hence, why I am reaching out to you! Praise the Lord to your grand daughter!!!!!

To the family of Alexis Wade. Our family has gone over the tremendous loss of my daughter Sarah. How is Alexis doing?
I want to talk to you about hope. Something that I have learned about and ever sense then have been writing letters to family's who have lost their babies.
Do you think that Suffering will ever end? This involves the sick, the starving, and wars? Alexis has shown you and your family that she is strong. That everyday she fights to stay with you.
God never wanted man to die, he put it in us to live. That's why your baby Alexis is still here. She is fighting to stay here on earth with you.
Revelation 21:4 says, "[God] will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." Doesn't that sound nice?
Why did suffering start? Romans 5:12 explains, "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.
We have so much to look forward to. Promises made from God in the Bible. Acts 24:15 says, "There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." Meaning that we will get to see our dead loved ones. And my daughter will be brought back to me. Not in heaven but on earth,
If we were all going to heaven then what good would the earth be? It doesnt make sense why God would create a planet and then later leave it with no inhabitants. We also know that God is love. He loves us so much that he wants us to stay here on earth living in a paradise with our families.
Psalm 37:10,11,29 says, "The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it."
I hope that this letter has helped you and I hope that it brought you some comfort. If you want to talk my email is on my daughters legacy page Sarah K. Edwards.
