Sweet Feet
This picture is of my dad holding my little feet. It reminds me of the ultrasound technician, Karen, in the maternal/fetal medicine physician's office. She loves baby feet. When my mom called her and told her that I had been born, she told my mom to make sure that she kissed my feet for her.
Mommy's Little Girl
This is my parents favorite picture of me. It was the first time that they got to see me without my feeding tube and oxygen.
Sweet Angel
This picture (along with Sweet Feet and Mommy's Little Girl) was taken exactly one week prior to my death. It is another one of my favorites. All of these pictures were taken by a photographer from The Jeremy Project. These photographs are now among my parents' most treasured memories of me.
My Baptism
I was baptized at SJMMC in the NICU on Saturday, July 12, 2008 by Dottie, a chaplain there. Following in tradition, I wore a baptismal gown that is over 60 years old. I am so glad that my family got to be a part of this ceremony.
Porcelain Doll
This is me the evening before my burial. Don't I look like a little porcelain doll?
My Bears
These are the bears that my parents had made for each of those families closest to me. They had them made from my clothes and blankets. Aren't they so cute?
